At OFFBOUND, every piece is made to order. This means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or preference. Please review our size guide carefully before placing an order.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods (such as product drops or sales).

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@offbnd.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed, we will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on the specific case.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot provide refunds/replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selected by the customer

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or international transit issues

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the shipping carrier, and if the package is confirmed as lost and not delivered, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
